During the summer, MAF was able to hold a socially-distanced Summer Fun STEM program with elementary students from Naʻalehu and Pāhala, and later start a Learning Pod at Kaʻū Gym.

In Spring 2020, Mālama ʻĀina Foundation expanded our programming on Hawaiʻi Island to include a new site in the storied moku (district) of Kaʻū, headed by our newest Education Facilitator Kaweni Ibarra.
